Sweat Test
Perform TWO sweat tests during training sessions around one hour long.
DO NOT do a sweat test indoors.
DO NOT do a sweat test on a workout where you will consume solid food, gels, gu or gummy sports nutrition products. Fluids are fine, including Gatorade, etc. as long as you document it below.
DO NOT urinate during the test.
You will need to redo the test if you do any of the above.
